Bobbie Soris Real Estate is local. Your agent should be too. In 1983, my husband and I moved from Aurora to Yorkville. This community was everything we hoped for when deciding where we were going to raise our four children. Over the years, I have gained knowledge and insight of the Yorkville community and surrounding areas. For almost 20 years, I was a stay-at-home mom. During this time, I taught exercise classes at the Plano YMCA and volunteered in my children's classrooms. I have served on YMCA gymnastics boosters and PTO boards. Over 20 years ago, I started the first annual daddy daughter dance - a tradition that is still going strong today! When my girls entered high school, I was both a representative and former president of the Yorkville High School Sports Boosters. My husband also volunteered his time with the Yorkville School District. From 1990 - 2007, I assisted my husband in running the Yorkville Youth Football program: Fighting Foxes Tackle Football. Before earning my real estate license in 2002, I also cleaned homes in the area for 7 years to help supplement our family income. My husband and I raised our four children in this beautiful community. It has been a pleasure to watch this community grow while also staying true to the traditions and roots of this once small town. Over the last 30 years, I have gained knowledge of neighborhoods, the traffie patterns, the school system, economic development, and the local housing market. Whether volunteering, cleaning homes, teaching exercise classes, or selling real estate, I believe that success is measured by what others say about you at the end of the day. As your local real estate agent, the most important part of my career is to ensure that my clients choose a home where they feel comfortable and safe at the end of each day. The most rewarding part of my job begins long after closing day. Nothing brings me more joy and happiness than watching my clients purchase a house and turn it into their home. One's journey with real estate often coincides with the many joyful phases of life. It is an honor to be a part of some of life's most defining moments. Helping my clients achieve their dream is my passion. Whether that's buying a home for the first time, upgrading, downsizing, or purchasing an investment property, it is a privilege to be a part in the process. I truly believe that I can be a valuable asset to you and your family in the sale of your existing home or in the search of a new house to make your home. Real estate is local and your agent should be too! Please contact me for any of your real estate needs.
